![]() ![]() If you use a command without know what it does, you could potentially ruin your computer. Something I didn't know until just recently: be very careful messing with the Command Prompt. The second method is moving it manually using the Command Prompt. Note: You must have administrator permissions for either method to work. I haven't researched how to do any of this with a Mac since I don't have one. Both of these methods are for Windows PCs. While I generally recommend method two, I'm including method one because I understand some people may be distrustful of downloading a program and would rather do it themselves. I'm still going to leave the command prompt method here, but I do not recommend using it. If you trust downloading mods, you have zero reason to not trust the tool I link to. Method one is the way I create junctions, even though I understand how to use the command prompt. *** Edit 5/31/22: I get several comments or messages every couple of months about this and the problem is always from method two: either typos in the Command Prompt or failing to move/delete the correct files. ![]() I've gotten four in the last year, so I figured it was a good time to write a better guide now that I understand computers better!
